We have gotten so far away from our agricultural roots, that the concept of Sowing the Word isn't even in our vocabulary any more. The parable of the sower appears in three Gospels, and in Luke 8:8 Jesus says, "he who has ears to hear, let him hear." Do you think He meant it? We are witnesses of the power of God's Word to sprout in lives, changing them forever. This was posted on our website today:

I Became Interested in Pocket Power Ministries when one day, I was walking downtown in Fort Worth, Texas. I Looked down on the sidewalk and saw a booklet. I picked it up and put it in my front pocket. I Read it as often as time permits, and it is in my front pocket everyday. I Love the Word of God. I have since accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Savior, and Share the Good Word Whenever I Can. I Believe God Left the 'Gospel of John' booklet on the sidewalk for Me to Find. Thanks Again.

We need to raise up a mighty army of Sowers of the Word. We are thankful that you are part of God's Growth Model. Sow a Gospel today.....and trust God to provide the increase!
